Standard Delivery: FREE
First Class Royal Mail: £1.95 + VAT
Guaranteed Next Day: £7.95 + VAT
There is a free standard delivery charge for all orders to the UK and Ireland. Orders sent this way should be delivered in 2-3 days.
For a charge of £1.95 plus VAT your parcel will be sent Royal Mail First Class. For the majority of cases your parcel will be will you the next day.
If you require a guaranteed service then we can send on a next day carrier for the cost of £7.95 (next working day Mon-Fri)
Order Times
(All times stated onwards are UK time (GMT), unless otherwise stated)
Orders placed before 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched that day (for post-able items we will try to post on same day up until 4:30pm). If ordered on a Saturday or Sunday items will be dispatched the following Monday, unless it is a Bank Holiday whereby it will dispatch on the Tuesday.
Orders placed after 3.30pm (GMT) will be dispatched next day, including guaranteed next day services.

Returns
McKeown Bearings offers a 30 day “ no quibble” returns policy and will credit the cost (including VAT) of any product that is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If McKeown Bearings is at fault and our goods are on inspection faulty, damaged or incorrect we will refund you the cost of transport and also the cost of returning the item (return cost to be agreed before sending).
Refunds can only be made by the same payment method by which the product(s) were purchased.
Refund Conditions:*
- Product(s) and packaging are in the same “as new” condition as when dispatched
- Product(s) have not been fitted, modified or marked in any way
*Unless McKeown Bearings is found to be at fault, we will not refund the cost of the transport.
Cancellation Rights
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
If you decide to cancel a purchase for any reason, you must contact McKeown Bearings, in writing (such as letter sent by post, fax or email) quoting the following:
- Your order number and order details
- Your name and contact details
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract, then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once McKeown Bearings has received the returned goods and is satisfied the returned goods show no signs of:
- Fitting
- Modification
- Marks in any way
A refund will be issued accordingly for the full invoice amount. (Please note McKeown Bearings will never pay or refund the cost of a returned or cancelled order unless McKeown Bearings is found to be at fault)
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to process your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- We do not deliver to your area; or
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
